Three Classes of Pu-erh

The more common the Pu-erh tea is, the more expensive it is. How to distinguish the variety and quality of Pu-erh tea?
There are three levels in the Pu-erh tea market.

Sheng Jun, the president of Yunnan Agricultural University, said that there are several levels in the Pu-erh tea market. One is the Taiwanese tea consumed by the masses, and the ancient tree tea with the characteristics of the ancient trees. The other one is stored for a long time. Tea is the three types of tea represented.
Taiwanese tea is a tea produced by modern tea plantation technology using modern tea planting technology, and newly planted, densely planted and high-yield modern tea gardens. Therefore, Taiwanese tea can also be said to be artificially cultivated tea.
Ancient tree tea, also known as "big tree Tea", has an ancient tree community in Yunnan's ancient six-large tea mountain and the new six major tea mountain tea areas, and in the northern part of Laos, and the production is very rare.
Old tea is made from ancient tree tea. It should be stored for more than 5 years, while Shengpu(raw tea) should be stored for more than 20 years before it can be alcoholized to maturity.
President of Yunnan Agricultural University: Ordinary terraced tea is still about 200 yuan per kilogram, but good ancient tree tea, which is more than one hundred years old, will go to 900 yuan to 2000 yuan (per kilogram). (Old tree tea) is about ten times more expensive than Taiwanese tea, and even more than one hundred times.
There are many places where Pu-erh tea is produced. One mountain has the characteristics of a mountain. The subtle difference in the natural environment of each hill has an impact on the taste of tea.
Sheng Jun: The ancient tree tea, we tested it with different nutrients, and its
microbial population is also very rich. The terraced tea that we usually say is
shared by us all over the world. It looks very common in the tea garden, it is
nutritious. The source is very simple, add some organic matter, add some other
 nutrients.

How many years is it best to drink Pu-erh tea?
I have done a series of tests on the tea that was stored in the same year and
stored for 30 years. We found that the tea is the most varied taste in ten to
fifteen years, then in fifteen to thirty. Around the year, I can have a richer taste.
After drinking, it is really a complete conversion.
