Yiwu mountain tea

In the Pu-erh tea industry where Banzhang was king and Yiwu was Queen, many people have the impression that Yiwu tea is lighter, but after a few years of storage, the tea flavor becomes stronger. The tea quality of Yiwu mountain tea is related to the traditional craft of tea farm tea. Mildly killing greens, gently twisting, tea leaves caused loose strips, low-temperature drying. Because the tea is lightly killed and gently twisted, the surface of the ancient tree tea has a high density of leather layers. The soil in the tea area is formed by weathering on purple rock and sandstone parent rock under the conditions of soil formation in tropical and subtropical monsoon rain forests, mainly brick red soil, red soil, and yellow soil. The soil quality is slightly acidic and the pH is between 4.5 and 6.5. Soil nutrient accumulation is fast, decomposition and utilization are fast, soil organic matter content is more than 4.5%, and humus is more than 5 cm thick. The soil layer is deep, the soil has good air permeability and high organic matter content.
